Ceramics, Glass, Mosaic and Willow works

My work is influenced by movement, balance and pattern. This is why I rarely work within a square or rectangular format as they have none of the above.

My original training was as a ceramicist, but I have since added mosaic, stained glass and fused glass. Each piece relies on two or more of these disciplines, i.e. the majority of my personal mosaics are made of glass cut to size/shape and broken glass mosaiced around them.

My work varies enormously in scale from smaller personal work to my larger mosaic community work.

I was asked recently when I intended to retire - Never I can't envisage ever being able or wanting to turn off the creativity that is so much a part of me.
